Pickup and Delivery Questions
Sign up online, choose your pickup and delivery days and times, select how often you'd like service, and add any service options. Once you submit your order, just set your laundry bag out on your scheduled pickup date.
Gather your dirty laundry into a laundry bag or a trash bag that can cinch closed and set it out on your scheduled pickup date. That's it, we'll take care of sorting, washing, and folding from there.
Your driver will send a text message when they're on the way to pick up your laundry, and another once it's been successfully picked up. On delivery day, you'll get a text when your driver is on the way to bring your fresh, folded laundry back.
Yes. When you schedule online, just add your preferences to the Preferences and Special Instructions fields, whether that's a detergent upgrade, spot treatment, hangers, or another reasonable request, and our team will take care of it.
Luna Laundry offers laundry pickup and delivery Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Orders picked up on Friday are returned the following Monday.
No. You don't need to be home. Just set your laundry out on your scheduled pickup date, and we'll leave your clean, folded laundry in the same spot on delivery day.
Yes. You can suspend your laundry pickup and delivery service any time, including while you're on vacation, and pick back up whenever you're ready.
We recommend using a laundry bag or a trash bag that can cinch closed. This keeps everything contained and makes pickup quick and easy.
We collect your credit or debit card information when you place your order, but your card isn't charged until your laundry is finished.
